For the seventh time, Magura National Park invites for the “Here and Now” event. It is a few hours’ educational walk on a nature trail, with a specified topic, guided by an expert from Magura National Park. This time, it is going to be an ornithological walk guided by Damian Nowak on 25 September 2016.
The autumn “migration” of birds is getting more and more intense – the meadows and forests are full of birds pasturing in the meantime of their journey, and there are cranes in a v-formation in the sky. The route of the walk is going to head along the green trail through Vysokie peak, to the Zhydovskie-Ozhynna road. In this way, the walk will finish at its starting point. Vysokie peak is the best overlook in the Park, a perfect place to watch bird’s migration.
The walk is planned for 3-4 hours.
The organizers emphasize that in the case of rain and bad weather, the walk will be postponed. It starts at 8 a.m.
