Lyudmila Shandalova, as the head of tota agentura association, invites for a presentation and promotion of her new book entitled The Red shore. The event is planned for 18 November 2016, 4PM, in an auditorium of the Primary Art School in Svidnik.
Lyudmila Shandalova is a Rusyn writer and cultural activist. In 2015 she was awarded with Alexander Duchnovic prize within Rusyn literature for her book of poems for children, entitled: Подьте діти, што Вам повім (Come, children, I will tell you something). She writes scenarios for a school theatre group that performs at the Presovian Rus’. At the last Rusyn festival, a play was performed, the scenario of which was written by the laureate, entitled: Ві-Фі принцезна. The first poem by the author, to which music was written by Osif Keso Keselitsa, was the famous Карпаты, Карпаты (Carpathians, Carpathians).
The Red shore book was printed thanks to a financial help by the Slovak Republic government.
